Return Policy Overview

What Can Be Returned?

  • Because digital files are delivered instantly, all digital downloads are final sale. Once they’re sent or accessed, I’m not able to offer refunds.
  • Services that have already been completed — like sessions, consultations, or work that’s already been done — can’t be refunded.
  • If a physical product arrives damaged, I’m happy to help.

How to Request a Refund or Resolve a Dispute

If a physical product arrives damaged, I’m happy to help.

Here’s what to do:

  • Email me within 5 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos showing the damage

If the damage is approved, I may ask you to send the item back.
Don’t worry — I’ll cover the return shipping.

Once I receive the item, your refund will be sent back to the same payment method you used to purchase within 10 days.

Starting a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to files, products, or services already delivered.

Legal and Export Guidelines

Export Restrictions

Sometimes, laws or shipping rules in certain places can affect what we’re able to send or provide.

If you’re ordering from outside our home country, it’s your responsibility to make sure the product you’re purchasing is allowed where you live. We can’t control customs rules, import fees, taxes, or delays once an order leaves us.

If a product can’t be delivered because of legal or shipping restrictions, we’re not able to make exceptions to our refund policy for non-refundable items.
