Hey there!
Hey there!
I'm Kali
I'm Kali
First, can I just say how honored I am that you’re here?!? Planning a wedding is such a big mix of excitement, emotion, and a whole lot of decisions, and I don’t take it lightly that you’re considering me to photograph such an important day. Because you’re not just choosing someone to take pictures—you’re choosing someone to capture the founding of your marriage, someone to walk along side you on one of the most significant days of your life. Everything I do is with that in mind, with the goal of being a source of peace to you and your loved ones and a friend to celebrate with you.
This guide will walk you through the wedding collections I offer and what’s included. I hope it provides clarity in the midst of all the other decisions you’re making. If we haven’t gotten to have a conversation already, I would absolutely love to chat with you to hear more about your wedding plans and answer any questions you may have. I’m excited to get to know you better and I’m so over the moon for you as you take on this season.

We're probably a great fit if you...
- care more about the meaning of the day than the aesthetic
- are looking for a photographer you can connect with
- are planning a significance-filled ceremony
- want your wedding day to feel peaceful and joyful.
- want someone who will help you stay present instead of worrying what to do next
- love a blend of structured and candid photos
- want someone who understands both the beauty of a moment and the strategy behind capturing it well.
Did you know?
Did you know?
On your wedding day, you spend more time with your photographer than with your planner or other vendors, as much time as with your bridesmaids, and potentially even your spouse! Because of that, I consider my job on a wedding day to be multifaceted. I’ll carry your dress, manage your timeline, communicate with family members, and be your right-hand girl.

Portraits
Bridal Portriats - 30 Minutes
In an emergency we can do them in less, but these are the pictures you’re really hiring me for, the ones you’ll keep to treasure for the rest of your life, so I like to budget 30 minutes to make sure we get variety and results you love.

Family Formals - 30 Minutes
This can vary drastically based on how many shots you’d like and how many people will be invovled, but I reccommend budgeting 30-45 minutes and from there I’ll help you make a realistic shot list, so that we get all the important photos without letting them take up too much time.
Bridal Party - 30 Minutes
The size of your bridal party will affect how long these pictures take, but I find that 30 minutes is enough for the essentials no matter how big and isn’t too long for smaller brial parties either.
Candids & extras

Getting Ready: 1+ Hours
I’ll capture your details in a curated flatlay that will serve as a keep-sake image, take candids of you getting your hair and makeup done, spending time with your girls, and getting into your dress.
Other First Looks: 15 Min
Want to do a first look with your dad, bridal party, or other special person? Great! Just plan on an extra 15 minutes for each one.

Receiving Line: 30 minutes
Want to greet each guest after your ceremony? No problem! Just add 30 minutes to your ceremony length.
Reception: 2+ Hours
This will all depend on your timeline! I’d plan on an hour minimum to catch first dances and toasts, but if you want coverage once the dance floor opens up, pictures of your cake cutting, or especially a reception exit covered we’ll likely need longer. I’ll help you plan it all out!
So basically, you’re going to need a minimum of 90 minutes scheduled into your day for portraits, and the amount of coverage time you choose will be mostly affected by what your timeline looks like and how much coverage you want at the beginning and end of your day. If you’re starting to get overwhelmed, don’t! I sit down to talk with my brides and help them plan out their entire timeline to help them make sure their day is as stress-free as possible, and you can adjust your package choice then.

I collected some sample images from each part of the day for you!
Getting Ready
This is such a fun part of the day! Getting ready with your favorite people for one of the most special days of your life is an amazing memory to capture. Pictures from this part of the day can include you getting into your dress, putting shoes & jewlery on, getting hair and makeup done, detail shots, and even cute pj pictures with your girls! I’ll have an amazing second shooter with me who will get your groom’s details and some great shots of him and his guys hanging out and getting dressed too. That way you’ll get a glimpse into what his morning was like as well!
First Look / Bridal Portraits
If you’re anything like me, these are the wedding photos you’re dreaming about! Taking a little time to capture the love between you and your spouse is an absolute necessity on the day you say your vows. And years down the line when family pictures and cute pics of your kiddos are occupying your lock screen and most of your wall space, it’s one of these that will probably still be hanging.
Bridal Party
A must-have for most couples, because how often do you get to be surrounded by all your favorite people, matching? These pictures might do the best at capturing the FUN of your wedding day! I normally do a mix of shots with everyone together as well as some of all the girls and all the guys. I’ll also make sure we get a portrait each of you with each of your bridal party members individually.
The Ceremony
The heart and soul of your day! While there aren’t usually as many pictures to take during the ceremony, I know each element of your ceremony has been chosen with care and carries significance for you and your family. With the adrenaline rushing sometimes the ceremony is hard to remember, but don’t worry, I’ll have everything captured for you to treasure forever!
Family Portraits
An essential part of your day, considering both of your families just gained a member, and who knows how long it’s been since everyone has been together? I have a system for making sure family formals go as quickly and smoothly as possible, so you can make sure the family memories are captured without letting wrangling extended family members take over your day.
The Reception
Between your first dance as husband and wife, dances with your parents, cutting the cake, toasts, decorations, speeches, your sendoff, and all the little moments in between, there is so much about your reception to capture! Whether you want me there for the whole night or just for some of the special moments in the beginning, I’ll work extra hard to make sure this is a party you’ll remember forever.
